Slo-Mo Home Depot

IE or Improv Everywhere is a comedic performance art group based in New York City, formed in 2001 by Charlie Todd. Its slogan is "We Cause Scenes." And they sure do, like in Slo-Mo Home Depot scene in '06. Where around 225 people showed up at Madison Square Park, just a short walk from the Home Depot at 23rd Street in Manhattan. Where the Slow scene would take place.
The Scene Plan: To walk over to Home Depot and shop. At exactly 4:15 we would all begin moving in slow motion. We’d do that for five minutes, and then shop normally for five minutes as if nothing had happened. At exactly 4:25 we would all freeze in place for five minutes. When that was over we would go back to normal and eventually leave the store...The video below is an overview of the slow scene...
